When can I move in?

If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime!

 

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

We require a 10-day written notice before you move out. Our staff will go over that process at the time of signing.

 

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

We require a government issued form of ID, like a driver’s licence, state ID, or passport.

 

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

Nope! We rent on a month-to-month basis, unless you request otherwise.

 

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security passcode that will allow you access during hours when the office is closed. See the manager to make arrangements for access past the normal gate hours.

 

What are your hours of operation?

For each facility, we offer two separate sets of operation hours: office hours and access hours. During office hours, our team is on the property and ready to assist you. Access hours are the times during which you can enter the premises via our security gates. Each of these sets of hours are listed below:

How do I make a payment?

You can sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card, savings account, or checking account monthly. You may also pay in person, mail a check or money order, or make a payment through our website. We also have a kiosk available at selected sites.

 

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

 

Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

Yes, we do! We sell U-Haul moving boxes and supplies. We have many specialized types of boxes and bags such as TV boxes, dish/glassware boxes, wardrobe boxes for hanging clothes, and mattress covers with handles. Let us know what you have to pack and we’ll show you how to do it safely.

 

How do I know how much storage space I will need?

One of our storage counselors can advise you. You can also use the self storage calculator right here on our website.

 

Do I need to bring my own lock?

We encourage tenants to bring their own locks at time of move-in; however, we also have disc locks available for purchase. For maximum security, we strongly recommend a disc-style lock and discourage the use of a long-shank padlock.

 

Are there any items I am not able to store?

You cannot store explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, perishables, or animals of any kind. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

 

Do you offer discounts on self storage?

We sure do! We want to thank our neighbors in the armed forces (both active and retired), which is why we offer a 10% military discount. We also provide a 10% senior citizen discount!
